I find this whole thing most fascinating. Ghana is using a model developed from a Mckinsey study to extrapolate tax liability from the bank accounts of Ghanaians living overseas. Mckinsey meanwhile goes to extreme lengths to minimise its own tax liability in Ghana & elsewhere. 😁
