the recent big win for the KingsGTAs are in MAB! has been a real reminder that resistance sparks resistance. the KCL GTA campaign came together after FACE (Fighting Against Casualisation in Education) was formed, which came out of the SOAS fractionals campaign.

Exactly this. At my peak I worked at 5 different institutions teaching hundreds of students. During marking season there were points when I was literally marking all night to get the work done - all so I could get through the summer.
