The free 1920's themed event in Congleton Park is marking the 100th anniversary of the War Memorial Hospital. It's on until 5pm.

The 'Leek Loves Books Festival' is happening for the first time next weekend. It's taking place at the Churnet Rooms in the town and more than thirty authors are taking part.

Two teenagers have died after a collision in #Staffordshire last night. Staffordshire Police say it happened on Cannock Road near Penkridge. The driver of a Ford Ka, an 18-yo and a front seat passenger who was 17, died at the scene. Two 17-yo female passengers suffered serious injuries.
