First run since the marathon ✅ still a bit sore but nice to be back on the tarmac!! Saturday I announce my next challenge to raise awareness for mental health. Going to be tough but cannot wait. Keep battling, keep smiling and remember it’s okay not to be okay ❤️

Being an over thinker is the worst. You worry about everything . You other think a conversation you had 2 weeks ago, when someone doesn’t respond to your message, the way someone might perceive you. You convince yourself people hate you. You worry about every possible scenario

A pub isn't just about having a pint. In the UK 3.6 million people suffer from chronic loneliness. Pubs are at the heart of our communities. A place for friends and family to come together. Strangers to become friends. We must do all we can to protect them.

The final big/takeaway meal before I spend the next 4-5 months training hard for my 6 marathons in 6 continents. Hopefully by then a bit of fat will have disappeared! Going to be tough but want to do this to show that even at the lowest moments it can get better. You are loved❤️
