My young lad took himself off to Barcelona today on a short, solo break. Delighted with a match ticket for Barcelona v Villareal. Had a couple of pints while waiting to check in, fell asleep after check in and woke up having missed the match🫣😅

Young lad off work for a few weeks post surgery is incredulous that he was awarded illness benefit. 'You mean I get free money off the government?'

Young lad is gone for surgery, minor enough but his second one in 18 months, can't leave the phone out of my hand for fear of missing the call to go get him. I predict I'll be like a blue arsed fly for the next few days running around after him😅

Horrific. I found myself in a similar situation in 2002 when we had a fatal foetal anomaly diagnosis at 28 weeks. I wasn't allowed to be induced early due to the law even though I was suffering and more importantly my baby was suffering.

It's the anniversary of my mams death today. 19 years ago she left us so suddenly, at the young age of 53. I came across this verse the other day and thought it was fitting❤️

So sad to hear this. We had a Jack and Jill baby 21 years ago. The support we got from them was amazing and we'll be forever grateful to Jonathan. RIP❤️
