Currently flow logs are supported on network security groups, this new functionality allows you to log traffic at the scope of your virtual networks.

People I’ve come across who thought Azure Active Directory is Active Directory on-prem lifted to the cloud, which is not the case

The name change to Microsoft Entra ID will hopefully remove this confusion
