The American Bittern Another first for me!

After the alfalfa fields are irrigated it becomes the hunting grounds for Egrets, Great Blue Herons, Red-tailed and Swainson’s Hawk’s. I have never seen so many of these birds together all at once. Hundreds of birds, it was a sight I will never forget! #Egrets #GreatBlueHeron
