There is a place for warning believers under your care about false teachers , doctrine and corrupt practices that have entered the church .

A pastor is a shepherd . He must protect his sheep from wolves .

The pastor must realize however that everyone isn’t his sheep .

The strategy of saying all others are wrong and have missed it .

Only I and my clique are doing it right will not last . It may work for a while but not for long .

Preach the word . Do it faithfully. Raise disciples . This is ministry .

It is not wise for a young minister to dishonor another minister for any reason. Where dishonor is present there is pride and arrogance . There is a superiority complex that sees the other in a derogatory or inferior way . Once you enter this space , you are wrong.
