FINALLY!! Some positive news for dolphins fans! Grier was the longest tenured General Manager without a freaking playoff win. It needed to happen!

Mike McDaniel is either going to be let go and become an OC for a playoff team after this season or he’s coming back and getting his own QB to develop. Either way he’ll succeed.
