Jim Hunt, a retired art teacher, substitute teaches at Aversboro Elementary School in Garner. He's frequently at Aversboro b/c it has a 20% teacher vacancy rate, one of the highest in Wake County. The school district just raised the rates for subs to get more people to come in. #wcpss #nced
