I haven’t taken time off in 2 years. I’m convinced that burnout happens for 1 of 2 reasons. 1. You lose passion for your work 2. Your have an unhealthy routine/habits A break is not the solution. Work on smthg new or fix your routine - you’ll unlock a new version of yourself :)

24 today. Goin’ on a run, then right to the office. Not to make a statement, but because I am genuinely obsessed. Ppl escape their day-to-day on their bday because they don’t live the life they want to. Lots more building to do. Couldn’t be more excited to execute.
