Obama did a 'payroll tax holiday' in 2011 and 2012. Nobody in the Press had their hair catch on fire. Social Security was payed back out of the General Fund. It's now 2020 and everybody still gets their Social Security. Imagine that. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ
