It’s been a month since our incredible video game deal. Sold over $7,000 so far with another $2,400 in active listings. Not even close to being done! Just got back two sealed games from this lot that I had graded. Super high grades! 9.6 on the Zelda. Thinking $1,000 each! 💰

April 2024 was one of our best months on eBay. Up 47% month over month. But we had a great 2023 overall, so currently we are only up 1.1% YTD compared to the same period in 2023. I'd like to end 2024 up 5-8% year over year. It's going to be tough, but it's my goal.

Sometimes it's not all about those huge dollar amount sales. We love picking up unique items, that are sometimes so rare there are no sold comps. Grabbed the extra long Baylor hat for $5 and it sold for $44. Funny lady leg glasses $2 into $40! Both sold quickly too.

Been a while since we've found a good estate sale. Today that finally changed. Got a ton of inventory, including lots of movies and DVD box sets (our fav). Spent $150 and should bring in around $1,400!

Going into the final stretch of the huge video game lot we picked up in March. We finished up all the SNES and moving into original NES. There continue to be rare games with boxes and manuals. This Mickey's Adventure in Numberland should go for $300 - $400!

Yesterday we found a gem for 50% off at a favorite thrift store. This was only $2.25 and should go for $200 - $300! Been a while since we've found something like this thrifting, so I'm pumped!

Hit an awesome estate sale today! Picked up a bunch of vintage Masters of the Universe toys, Micro Machines and a vintage Sports Specialties Boston Celtics snapback hat. The MOTU figures were only $1 each! Total spend was $90 -- haven't calculated what it should bring it yet.

Found another cool estate sale this morning. I've never seen Battle Trolls before, but they're awesome! Spent $144 to make about $750.

Scored some old Planet of the Apes figures and The Fonz this weekend! They’re all still brand new and sealed which is wild being from the 1970s. Spent $43 for all and should be $300-$500.

Thrift stores have been so bad the past 5-6 months. I rarely go now - mainly just estate sales. But today for the first time in a couple weeks tried a local store. 🤯 Found these superb video games! $11 into $200+!

Does anybody remember the 1990s video game system called 3DO? Only produced for a few years. Incredibly I found the system, some CIB games and some accessories at an estate sale this weekend. System is $29 into $200. Game Gun $80 into $200. That's just the beginning!

Wife and I drove to San Antonio for an estate sale. We hit the motherload of Blu-rays, DVDs and 4Ks. Snagged 75+ brand new sealed 4K movies for $2 each! Just the 4Ks alone will pay for the entire lot and get us into profit. Spent $900 on it all. 4ks likely to bring in ~$1,500.

Tons of horror movies selling this week. We had probably 100 horror movies to list the last couple of weeks since that giant movie pickup in San Antonio. Strategic getting those listed first. 🎃 $350 just today with only 7 movie sales.

Expanding your knowledge in reselling is critical. My wife spotted this unique vintage music box at an estate sale today. Turns out it’s worth hundreds! We paid $75 to make $300-$400.

I've been on eBay since 2000. But for 20 years I didn't do much - just some personal buys / sells. 2020 is when I ramped up and turned it into a business. First part-time while at my 9-5 until going full time in 2022. Just hit 5000 feedback in 4 years!! Stoked for what's next.

We don't do garage sales very often. But a couple weeks ago we tried it out as the weather is cooler here in TX now. Snagged a PlayMobil Ghostbusters set NIB for $3. It sold the same day I listed it for $80! Love those quick flips!
