We had 1️⃣7️⃣ new PRs, highlighted by Addie Vadala (300m), Maddy Tenreiro (600m), Gabby DeNardo (SP), Maddox Amadin (55m), Nick Genese (SP), and Mason Carr (SP).

Two more school records fall! 🟢Cat Bajoras ‘27 broke the Girls Shot Put record previously set in 2011, with a throw of 29’ 1.25” 🟢Grace Buser ‘26 set a new school record in the 55m Hurdles, previously set in 2017, with a time of 9.69 seconds

Great day competing against collegians at the Suffolk Ice Breaker Invitational! PRs were set by Ben Yawoga (60m, 7.35), Maggie Little (200m, 29.18), Maddox Amadin (200m, 24.28), August Doetsch (800m, 2:04.69). Maggie and August won their heats and Ben was 33rd of 76 competitors.

Delayed post - August Doetsch’s new Indoor PR of 2:04.69 in the 800m from Saturday’s meet sets a new school record! August broke his own record of 2:06.21 from last year.

TWO more school records were broken or tied last night! ⚫️Leo Centinaro ‘25 tied the 55m dash record of 6.77 seconds set by Joe Connolly in 2015. ⚫️Maddox Amadin ‘24 broke the 55m Hurdles record set back in 2006 with a time of 8.27 seconds. Congrats to both!

MEET DAY!! We head to Harvard University for the USATF-NE Indoor Track & Field Championships. The meet begins at 10:00am.

6️⃣ new school records set yesterday! Leo Centinaro ‘25 broke the 60m dash record set earlier this year by his teammate, lowering it from 7.35 to 7.27 sec. He also broke the 200m record set last year, lowering from 23.78 to 23.58 sec. Leo now has 3 school records. (1/4)

(2/4) In her first time ever competing in the Weight Throw, Cat Bajoras ‘27 broke the school record set last year by 2 feet! The old record was 24’ 10.5” and Cat threw 26’ 10”. Gabby DeNardo ‘27 also broke the old record, throwing 25’ 4”.

(3/4) Nick Genese ‘25 increased his own school record in the Weight Throw he set last year by nearly 5 feet! He went from 40’ 2” to 45’ 1”.

(4/4) Grace Buser ‘26 lowered her own school record she set last year in the 60m Hurdles, from 10.86 seconds to 10.55 seconds. August Doetsch ‘25 lowered his 800m record from earlier this season, from 2:04.69 to 2:02.89.

With new season bests and PRs set from this squad, their compiled times have qualified them for the Sprint Medley Relay at New Balance Indoor Nationals! Congrats to Ava Sherry ‘27 (200m), Eliza Martin ‘25 (200m), Isabella Tomic ‘24 (400m) and Cailin Fennessy ‘24 (800m)!
