I was supposed to have an NIH study section (KEDD) today but it was "postponed TBD" yesterday. NIH can't make awards if it can't publicly announce its study section and Council meetings in the Federal Register. No meeting has been added since Jan 21 thetransmitter.org/funding/federa…
