*Arthur to Astaroth no Nazomakaimura: Incredible Toons* was a Japanese-only Saturn game.

However, the game has a flag (2 bytes at 060b9722) that change its branding to *Mysterious Ghosts 'N Goblin*.

I only found a few English screens - if you find any more, tell me! (h/t Arjak)

While the credits are playing, you can press A/B/C to make them scroll up, or X/Y/Z to make them scroll down.

Amusingly, the full version of the game has a flag that will turn it into 'REVELATIONS,' the demo version. This changes the title screen and available tables.

The same video file appears in the sequel to *High Velocity*, *Touge King the Spirits 2* - it's not accessible there either. Maybe it's for another Atlus game?

The four player mode is also missing the HUD with the map and lap information - presumably there wasn't enough space to show it all.

I stumbled upon this while looking into something else: there's an unused alternate version of the Atlus intro video with a Halloween theme! It can't be accessed from the game.

The normal two player mode has a nice effect where the split screen viewports merge when the racers get close together. That's not there in the four player mode, which I suppose is understandable.

It's got a nice multiplayer mode with split screen for 2 players. But I found an unused 4 player mode! I've made a patch to re-enable it.

More *Touge King the Spirits 2* debug: maximizing the speed limit parameter and minimizing the car weight parameter lets you fly through the courses... sometimes literally.

If you enter your initials as, e.g. all A's, BUBBLE SYMPHONY will replace your name with the titles of one its previous games.

It's random which one you get. Here's the full list of 64! The game stores these at 06057700.

This has been known for a while: *Mizubaku Daibouken* has a code that enables an English mode. It changes the title screen to *Liquid Kids*.

Previously unknown: Action Replay code `360b780d 0001` will enable debug controls: Z for frame advance, Y for slow motion, X to freeze.
