Day three at Ascot, plenty of pictures, but if I don’t mention the fact the one of our Level 4 students ( Craig Fairbairn ) sealed 900 Chicken breasts all by himself, I’ll be getting my head nipped all night long West Lothian College

Thanks to Lauren and Zoltan from Hi! for delivering our first Pastry Masterclass. The chefs were shown some of the building blocks of pastry and desserts, from custard pastry to a cep & dulcey ganache, with suggestions of how to use these items and be creative.
