This week the children sorted sentences from 'The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark'. The children were challenged to decide whether the sentences told us about what owls eat, where owls live, what owls do or how they look.

Year 2 read the book 'All Are Welcome'. We talked about who we are as individuals, what is special about us and what is different about us. We decided we all belong. We created our own version of the front cover of the book to show all are welcome here.
