Extended power failure at Genl de Wet DC. The 33kV coupler,busbars and insolators damaged by tarentale. Areas affected are part of Hamilton,Vistapark,Fleurdal, Uitsig and Fauna.

Extended power failure at Shannon B due to damaged lightning arrestor on 11kv CB 2 S-B-2 feeder. Area affected: Grootvlei, Part of Rodenbeck, Part of Phase 6 . Estimated Restoration Time 3 hrs
