Merseyside PCC Emily Spurrell facilitated a valuable discussion with the Director of Public Prosecutions, Stephen Parkinson, who covered a number of issues relating to the criminal justice system and the commissioning of victims services.

We were also joined by colleagues from the National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC) Digital Public Contact Team, who delivered a fascinating presentation on the national collection of 101 call data.

We were joined by the CC Andy Marsh and Nick Herbert from the College of Policing, who gave an insightful presentation to members on the new Centre for Police Productivity, which will use new tools in order to identify trends and drive efficiency.
