I’m reading One of Us: The Story of A Massacre in Norway - and it’s aftermath. It is hEAVY. And although we generally know the story, the level of detail that Åsne Seierstad has detailed is gruesome, painful and unputdownable. Need to finish it. And read something light.

This is Shakiba. This is her studying Chemistry till late at home despite lack of heating & electricity. This was her glimmer of hope as the Taliban banned girls from school.

She was killed in a terrorist attack last Friday at an education centre in Kabul, Afghanistan.
