🚑 Big news for Greenwich! Greenwich Borough Labour is investing £462,000 into Queen Elizabeth Hospital A&E - boosting frontline care, easing pressure on staff, and helping patients get the urgent treatment they need, when they need it.

We promised in our manifesto to “tackle unregulated and unaffordable ground rent charges”. We’re honouring that commitment today by legislating to cap ground rents at £250 per year, changing to peppercorn after 40 years.

NEW: We are capping ground rents at £250 a year. This will mean big savings for over 5 million leaseholders. Labour is taking action where others failed.
