Casino shifts maximise the time you are sleeping between 0100 and 0600.

Early results (based on data recorded from wearable sleep monitors in 8 subjects) show an improvement in sleep quality and risk.

The level of moral injury is huge.
Nor can it be fixed with a meeting and an action plan.
From experience, people often ignore things they can not fix as they conflate that with can not do anything about.
This is making it worse as it needs to be acknowledged.
