So happy people are finally standing up for pay at VoxMediaInc. When i took on a part time job in 2016 to launch Racked Miami, my paycheck was $12k a year. Do you know what you could do with $12k a year? You can’t even pay rent with that. Vox Media Union

I balanced 3 jobs just to work @ Racked. I’m sure plenty of writers have to as well. Local ones get it the worst. Writing is a career that requires skill. It’s a means of living. Media perks don’t pay the bills. It’s sad when your job doesn’t either. Vox Media Union #voxunion
