Still not all there mentally but the cloud of depression is starting to lift a tiny bit. I still feel like hiding out… BUT I had went out of my way to do so while I was stable, and really wanted to go to this “Everyone Belongs” Conference in Nanaimo, so I am going!

Dear world. I’m struggling badly today. Like I just feel like a Very low form of a human.
But I won today. I went to work this morning, even though I really didn’t want to show my face and hide out. I then went to softball practice after, though I didn’t want to for same reason.

If you’re a manufacturer of sports bras or women’s bathing suits, I’m begging you: sew the pads in or just don’t include them. I’m tired.
