What is the best way to make a complaint against a police officer. Do I go in or ring a certain number?

2 months ago the police came for a welfare check. Kicked my door open, sprayed me with parva, kicked me, hit me and nearly broke my neck and suffocated me. I was 1/2

2/2 arrested for 5 offences. I was interviewed and released with no charges. I asked for a DR. Didn't get one. Asked for a call. Didn't get one. I asked for my mental health medication. Didn't get it. This was how not to deal with someone in #MentalHealth crisis..

Nearly 20 years without a conviction after having 33 between 11-18 years is something as a young person I didn't think was possible. I didn't think I'd manage 20 days never mind 20 years.

Now I'm a published Author. I've been to Buckingham Palace for services & a Fellow RSA.
