Whilst Rishi Sunak makes big statements on education many parents of children with EHCP’s ask where is their child’s provision? There’s no accountability for failing to deliver legally required education.

The school term starts again in 2 days & we still do not know what education provision child 2 will have.

I’m not sure that this could work if your kid is actually “on role” at a school. It’s always hard to say concretely because SEND law “knocks on and intertwines” so I’m not doing that but I can simply speak to our experience which is what I’m doing & no more

Appeals to the UTT and “hybrid EHCPs”. That is an EHCP which makes provision for two scenarios. At home and At school.
