Narcissists don’t want relationships, they want servants to wait on them hand and foot. They want a caretaker, a maid, a human ATM, a parent, someone to make them look good, a babysitter, someone that will satisfy their needs… They will never see their “partner” as an equal.

During the lovebombing phase the relationship with a narcissist feels like a fantasy, because it is a fantasy. It’s not real. It’s a manipulation tactic used to create a strong bond & a sense of connection. It is how the narcissist gets you hooked & establishes power & control.
