JFREJ members are outside CCNY supporting the student protestors. We've seen violence from the NYPD:
-charging the crowd
-kettling
-throwing protestors to the ground
-beating them with batons
-indiscriminate arrests without warning

City College.

I want to repeat. The gatherings outside Columbia I’ve been at all afternoon have been peaceful. There is no reason to send in this much force

Protests continue outside of City College a mile uptown from Columbia. The gates are locked and protesters have barricaded then against another NYPD incursion onto campus.

CUNY has given students until tomorrow morning to leave campus.

And this is why students are passionately protesting. They are on the right side of history. A genocide is unfolding before our eyes.
