Earlier today, the HCAV Dismounted Band & The State Trumpeters of the Household Cavalry were in attendance at the Installation of the Constable at the Tower of London. Trumpet Major Initius said in a interview: "We all had a lot of fun as it was our first ceremony."

It was an honour to be installed as the 3rd Constable of the Tower of London, and to have my previous and current services as my guard of honour RAF Air Combat Group, Royal Irish Regiment ROBLOX.

The Household Cavalry attended their first public 4 O'Clock parade this evening at the Horse Guards building courtyard.

The College of Arms have created and issued new Regimental Colours for the Household Cavalry. On the left is the King's Colour for both of the regiments. On the right are the Regimental Guidons for the Life Guards and the Blues and Royals.

Todays Parade marked the end of our week long celebration towards the nations Military, fulfilled by all regiments of His Majestys Armed Forces including a Parachute Jump, RAF Fly-by and March past.

The King has taken the Salute at the Armed Forces Day Parade.

The King and Members of the Royal Family attended the Armed Forces Day Parade at Horse Guards Parade.

The King recevied Reba Astor at Windsor Castle Today. His Majesty asked her to form a new Administration. Ms. Astor accepted His Majesty's offer and was appointed Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury.

Tonight the HCav participated in the BAF Day parade, ending another successful week with it. We also bid goodbye to our 2ic, Maj. cJessixca, as she departs the HCav. She has been an integral figure in our regiment for the past year and we wish her good luck for the future.
