ANC salutes Humbert “Rocky” Versace who, as a POW in Vietnam, earned the #MedalOfHonor posthumously for his leadership and inspiration towards his fellow prisoners. His captors announced he was executed on Sept. 26, 1965. He has a memorial marker in Section MG.
