Today will be the very last day I guest lecture or speak publicly “about my story”. Moving forward it's no longer about my pain and trauma! I will only speak about my expertise on pain and trauma and how to work towards resolution. My pain is no longer your learning experience.

My final guest lecture is complete! It's bittersweet as I love the course, the history of it and all the professors attached to it but this was an important step in my journey. Now the next time you hear me speak at a University I promise you it will be as a professor.💞🌱

Maybe one day I will find a way to be consistent with my socials.
