My BigPay card started getting suspicious charges. Noticed the transactions & froze the card. Asked to delete/cancel my account, had to jump through so many hoops, so I didn’t bother. Product down the drain. Good riddance 🫡 Best of luck to those who decided to leave 🙏🏻
