SURF, in partnership with Dunoon Community Development Trust, we're delighted to host a visit from Joe FitzPatrick MSP to Dunoon today. Weather stayed dry enough for a walk around and a visit to Hannah Clinch before chats over lunch. Thanks to all involved and to the Minister for taking the time.
Planning Minister Joe FitzPatrick visited Dunoon where he toured regeneration projects with partners from SURF, Scotland's Towns and Argyll and Bute Council. He also visited a food growing site, and met with Dunoon Community Development Trust and local people to discuss their hopes for the town.
Great to see such positive feedback about this event and appreciation for our Shaping Places for Wellbeing Place-Based Approach work with Public Health Scotland. Example of how a multi-agency approach and local/national collaboration can have a real impact. 👏
