I put up this shelter for the sheep to help keep them cool in the Summer. Sheep have been gone for years.
Last Winter a big wind lifted the roof and flipped it over to the other half. I've pulled it off and am dismantling it and reassembling back into place.

Commercial milk is an adulterated mishmash from many herds, and many breeds. The result is A1 milk, which is not the best. Guernsey and Jersey can produce A2 milk which has a healthier protein and fat profile. So is tolerated better. Goats and sheep also produce A2 milk.
