Pros of having apple trees, so many opportunities for apple pies come harvest time. Cons, having to make sure they're all stored properly or you just end up with a lot of rotten apples.

"Cooking in bulk always seems like so much work, but I'm grateful that later on I can just eat without worrying about making more; which reminds me, time for another bulk cooking session. Maybe a pie after."

Is quietly, with a note left of course, dropping over some home made meals and an apple pie to Dr. Melissa Stark-Howlett that she and Logan - RP/Parody can reheat and eat at their leisure. A promise of an in-person home cooked dinner is made for when they're up for it.

A full Christmas dinner takes a lot of work. Logistics wise, Tony starts considering the viability of adding an extra oven into the kitchen just for this. Or maybe two...

"Is rigging your own power supply so you can put up a bunch of lights and displays overkill? Want to know before I start programming the display; though, to be fair, I'll probably still do it anyway."

Is staring down the driveway wondering if it's well lit enough or if there should be more lights. He's feeling good this season, so far. Things are settling down a little and he's looking forward to seeing what comes next.

So four dozen mince pies and several plates of cookies may have been too many to make, but he knows somewhere they'll be eaten. Deliveries of baked goods will be made in due time.

It takes a while for everything to feel normal again after having lights up everywhere. It also seems to take twice as long to get everything put away compared to setting it out.
