Very worrying, Election Commission of India delayed giving final voter turnout & after pressure when it did, in phase 2, there is near 6% difference w initial numbers

Where did extra 6% come from? over 87 seats this is big! Is it mass rigging? Were estimates incorrect initially-- EC must explain!
