Yesterday my team got runner up at the 4a region 1 track meet and I threw 42.16 placing me 16th.

Today at the AAU Florida district qualifier I threw a PR of 45.1m in discus and a PR in shot also with 12.33m placing me 2nd and 4th.

Adidas national meet done, I placed 14th in the national elite discus with 43.7m and 16th in the championship hammer throw with a pr of 36.58.

Had a good day down in Gainesville at the Another Level Elite Throwing Clinic and got some great coaching from Jason Dadz Morgan 🇯🇲 and @iamcoachmiamin

Had a good meet at the JAC indoor/outdoor opener, I threw 42.25m in discus, 11.59m in shot put, and 14.69m in weight throw.

Had a good meet yesterday at the tocoi creek toro showdown, I threw 43.97m in discus and 12.26m in the shot put.

Had a good meet yesterday at the Flagler palm coast North Florida/South Florida Challenge, had some adversity with rain. I threw 44.94m in discus and placed 3rd, and I threw 12.20m in shot put.
