Keeping our goal of having a very reliable and stable service for our users, we're currently delaying the rollout of more account invitations until some issues are fixed. We'll keep you posted on how thing goes.

We discovered a bug this morning that caused few URLs to be stuck for several days in the spider queues because of some buggy javascript. This is now solved!

Un souci lors de la dernière mise a jour a causé une anomalie sur la gestion des générations d'images, et la file d'attente contient actuellement ~100k demandes. Nous travaillons à résoudre le problème au plus vite (note: les images déjà générées sont toujours servies).

Voilà ce qui arrive quand on ne fait pas suffisamment attention à une mise à jour ... Les files d'attentes sont en train d'être vidées progressivement et on va trouver une solution pour éviter que ça se reproduise.

Le temps de génération des miniatures est de nouveau normal, toutes nos excuses pour l'état du service dans les dernières heures.

We're currently experiencing an issue with our crawlers and are looking into it. The API serving images works normally, but new thumbnails are not generated currently. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The spider issues are now fully solved (since yesterday), waited a bit so we're certain the systems are stable. Please report any issue you'd still encounter at support (at) apercite (dot) fr.

A few URLs were bugging the queues, causing a delay in thumbnails generation. We deployed a throttle algorithm to mitigate the problem and the queues are now slowly getting back to normal, everything should be ok 30 minutes from now.

It appears the mitigation was even more efficient than we thought, everything's back to normal!
