Made it to the highest point of Cow Head (left in the photo) along with my Texan/Newfoundland sister-in-law. A few ropes 🪢 and a ladder 🪜 to get there, but LOADS of fun! And what a view! #SalvageNL

I am behind in Scrabbattle2024 for the first time this year after yet another cruel thrashing administered by Doris Cowley 🫐 354 - 262. Must. Focus.

Fun fish fry for a bunch of friends. AND I finally got the sous-chef I’ve always wanted!Does not get much better than that.

Took mom and daughter friends from Canada fishing in the morning with local Fish Finders Gumby & ‘Eph. Then kayaking in the evening. Another stellar day in one of the best summers ever!

The joy of taking a young person 🎣 for the first time is one of the best rewards this alleged grownup can have. Also, photo-bombing her mom is some of my best work.
