If communicating to parents about the performance of their child’s school is so important that we must label each public school, then it is important enough that we do it for EVERY school that receives public funds. a 🧵2/4

Any bill that proposes to allow public dollars to go to private schools MUST also include a requirement that those schools must take the same assessments and receive a letter grade. a🧵3/4

If the state believes taxpayers and parents deserve accountability for public schools, then they also deserve the same level of fiscal accountability for EVERY school receiving taxpayer money. a🧵4/4
