Minister Uwimana Consolee & Jennet Kem of UN Women Rwanda co-chaired the Multi-Stakeholder Meeting of the National Gender & Family Cluster,uniting Government institutions&partners to strengthen partnerships in advancing Gender Equality & family cohesion to achieve Rwanda's #NST2 goals.


.Uwimana Consolee highlighted that Rwanda has made progress in gender equality with more women in leadership, improved economic opportunities, better health & education for women & girls. She emphasized that achieving #NST2 goals requires sustained effort, with families at the heart.


Minister Uwimana Consolee called on the Gender and Family Cluster members to strengthen their commitment to fostering a cohesive and equitable society by addressing gaps, improving coordination, and driving impactful efforts aligned with NST2 goals.
