Smiling changes your brain chemistry. It tells your brain: 🧠 “You’re okay. You’ve got this.” It doesn’t erase the hard stuff. But it does give you a little buffer between the stress and your reaction. And sometimes, that little bit is enough to change the tone of the whole day.
