**** Alert**** 200 Blk of Farragut Ct. Large tree fell damaging two apartment buildings. Both buildings have been evacuated. Crews are on scene assessing damage. ****Alert**** Structure Fire in the 900 BLK of Van Buren St. Van Buren St between Presidents and Bay Ridge Ave, Bay Ridge Avenue between Tyler Ave and Fairview Ave are closed.

The cause of the fire has been determined to be malfunctioning HVAC equipment. Crews successfully contained and isolated the affected equipment. The scene has been handed over to building maintenance, and all roads have been reopened. Annapolis OEM Annapolis Police Department

***Update #1*** Bay Ridge Avenue @ Adams Street will be closed for approximately 1 hour while units continue to assess the damage. No injuries reported. Building inspector onsite.

***Final Update*** Assistance received from Anne Arundel County Fire Department Collapse Team. Bay Ridge Avenue and Adams Streets are now open. Building inspector onsite scene has condemned the building. A total of 7 residents in the 2nd floor have been displaced. Red Cross contacted.
