**** Alert**** 200 Blk of Farragut Ct. Large tree fell damaging two apartment buildings. Both buildings have been evacuated. Crews are on scene assessing damage. The cause of the fire has been determined to be malfunctioning HVAC equipment. Crews successfully contained and isolated the affected equipment. The scene has been handed over to building maintenance, and all roads have been reopened. Annapolis OEM Annapolis Police Department

***Final Update*** Assistance received from Anne Arundel County Fire Department Collapse Team. Bay Ridge Avenue and Adams Streets are now open. Building inspector onsite scene has condemned the building. A total of 7 residents in the 2nd floor have been displaced. Red Cross contacted.
