A4. Leadership acknowledging work-life integration helps. I was recently annoyed about a late zoom meeting, until the person leading the meeting said that she fully expects that some of us are at home prepping dinner (or whatever). It made a huge difference to hear that #ATSchat

A4. I don't like the term work-life balance. To me, they're buckets that I fill - family, friends, work. I need all of them to have something inside, but at various times some are more empty than others. #COVID has made me realize that's ok #ATSchat

Please, no more wellness interventions. What we need is more time and support of our work/research, and off loading of non-essential duties so we can focus on our patients and our research. #ATSchat
