What a fun day I had learning about motivational interviewing via zoom provided by Et al Training! I'm excited to practice the techniques. I'd really recommend this study day to anyone wanting to improve their communication when working with people to facilitate change.

Covid got me but my 10 days of isolation are over today 🎉 I couldn't have done it without such supportive friends and family. Very lucky to have mild symptoms and receive such lovely gifts. Highlights include a zoom family Christmas Quiz and spending time on my paint by numbers.

A frosty icy walk this morning on my day off ❄️ something very special and calming about being outside with nature at the moment ❤️ thinking of all my colleagues, friends and family during this very challenging time.

What an amazing week in Iceland seeing all the bird, mammal and geology highlights thanks to Neil McMahon and @Red_eyed_Video!! My favourite birds included the black tailed godwit, red necked phalarope, puffins and the drumming snipe.
