Preview of my research team's work on impacts of electrification (EVs, elec heating) on the electric distribution grid- our results use detailed infrastructure data & raise impt qs about the pace of needed grid upgrades and planning ahead for utility workforce & capacity needs.

I’ve spent some time thinking about the phrases a lot of international organisations and foreign politicians have been using to describe Russia’s invasion of my homeland and I couldn’t put my finger of what exactly seemed off about their wording. And then it hit me.
