Joe Donnelly Saheel Singh @marianguyenSP Sarah Orlovich Great question Joe! I’d have to say I’m a latte ☕️ you can have it hot or cold - which is personally my fav heading into summer! It’s made with a balance of rich strong espresso and ice cold milk. I try to be flexible and adaptive in my environment and keep a balanced lifestyle!
All my placements have been super rewarding as I have discovered my passion for both paeds and adults! Our CE’s have made sure that we see clients with a variety of clinical presentations. I’m currently on my final adult placement at Speech Pathology at UTS and am loving every minute of it!
In combatting the loss of hospital experiences, thank you to Speech Pathology at UTS for all the hard work in designing Simulation placements to give us the acute hospital experience!! There’s a lot of role playing so I’ve definitely improved on my acting skills! #WeSpeechies #SLP2b
Class of 2020! I have spent a wonderful 2 years working and studying with these beautiful people. This is a photo taken in our final class taught by Professor Emma Power and David Kinnane. Here's to seeing you guys out there as new grads of SLP! 🥂
Thank you to Amy Freeman-Sanderson and BronwynHemsley for all your hard work in organising this Acute Hospital #Simulation placement! Thank you to our CE’s Cath Gregory, PhD and Dr Lucy Bryant for making us think about our clinical reasoning & prioritisation in the acute setting! #nomoreliferafts
What an amazing experience it was to observe Amy Freeman-Sanderson do what she does best at #RPA hospital today!🤩 We saw a complex pt and couldn’t get all the info from a bedside Ax. Great to see the impact we made by strongly advocating for the pt to get a VFSS and find some answers! #slp2b
Been missing these guys since we started having our classes online 😭 Great opportunity to catch up with them when Sarah Orlovich and Saheel Singh were having their #AcuteHospitalSIM and @marianguyenSP and I were at placement! (Missing Joe Donnelly 😢) Speech Pathology at UTS
Thankful for the opportunity to have been able to present the findings of my research at #GoSHSpeechSEER. What a great day it was and I’ve learnt a lot from everyone’s research! Thank you to Dr Lucy Bryant & BronwynHemsley for organising it and Dr Helen L. Blake for all the support!
