Yesterday I was on a call with a younger colleague and they said "I've never worked in an office and met people in person before." What a world we live in.

Sometimes, very rarely, but sometimes I forget that I'm in Europe, until for example, I hear someone say "Four thousand, five hundred and sixty five KILO EUROS" for the figure EUR 4,565,000 on a conference call. No one blinked an eye.

The distinction between "climate jobs" and "regular jobs" should not exist. All jobs contribute to the environment in one way or another. Directly or indirectly. If your job doesnt consider your environmental impact, demand for accountability from your employer.

My favourite game to play these days is making increasingly strange sounds on a zoom call with the camera on and the mic off and see if my face gives it away.
