We hosted our Essex County Senior Farmers Market at Westside Park. Thanks our team for bringing valuable services to local residents and senior who participate in that Cafe in the Park.

We continued our Summer BBQ series at Stephen Crane Village where we handed out bookbags to residents.

Stopped by the The Historic James Street Commons Neighborhood Association's Annual Block Party last week with Councilman Luis A. Quintana. James Street truly is one of Newark's most beautiful historic neighborhoods.

Our senior outreach information efforts took us to Branch Brook Manor today. Special thanks to our staff from Essex County Senior Services and DFAB for assisting some of our residents. As always, thanks to Sabrina for coordinating our stop.

Participated in a cookout sponsored by the team over at Ballantine House. This building has special meaning to me since my dad lived there for a number of years. Great to see so many familiar faces.
